Well...Mom has taken up square dancing. Some months back she decided to take lessons and has since graduated from beginner's class and joined the local club, The Ring-O-Ramblers. She even has her very own costume and it's pretty cute. I was invited to attend her "graduation." It was very interesting watching the dancers and hearing the "calls" and I was surprised how difficult square dancing can be. It's way more than just do-si-do.

The group of people who belong to the club are very nice and welcoming and they seemed very intent on getting Dave and I to attend some lessons. We don't think it's for us right now. You never know, though. Maybe in 20 years. I'm glad Mom is enjoying herself. She says she has a really good time and likes the people. She did great when I was there.
