A Chapter Closed
I finished the book last night.
I was desperate to find out the ending by reading it myself so I read as fast as I could. Now I'm a bit sad because of the realization that there won't be any more books to anticipate. For the past 8 years these books have been part of my life. I know to a lot of people this may seem silly and even ridiculous. It's difficult to explain it to someone who hasn't experienced something similar. It's been more than a series of stories to me. I have patiently and not so patiently waited after each book for the next one to arrive. Harry has been with me all the time. It's sort of like saying good-bye to a good friend who has brought you great happiness and belonging. I know I can re-read them over and over again, but there will never be another time when I don't know what's going to happen in the end. I know I am not alone. There are lots of other readers feeling the same way.

Let me know if you are up for seeing the movie again! I would love to have someone to go and see it with!! Zach has been gone just about every time a HP movie has come out. I told him I love him and know he is a hug fan (b/c I got him hooked), but I am finally going to see HP in a real movie theater! He's read all the books and I have yet to have the time to read a book. He even found a copy the day it came out in Afghanistan!
