Dave and Me

For you folks who haven't met him yet, this is Dave (with me on Thanksgiving 2005). We've been dating for about a year now. And I think I'm gonna keep him :) He's an Irmo boy 5 years my senior which makes him currently 33. We met through friends and we've been inseparable since January of 2005. He's met ALL of my crazy family (which included more than 30 cousins at Thanksgiving) and he didn't run for the hills! We get along so well its scares us sometimes. We've learned each other's likes and dislikes--for someone with simple tastes, he can be VERY picky! But so can I. Some things he loves: Toyota pickups, working on cars, "muddin," surfin' the net, his job, watching movies, home improvement projects, learning new skills, his family, fishing, gray t-shirts, hoodies, Chinese food, anything I cook/bake for him, puppies and kitties, long country drives, and ME! For two people who thought they may never find their perfect companion, we've come a long way and feel lucky and blessed. I love this monkey!
